All seats will be grouped together when multiple tickets are purchased in a single transaction.

Terms & Conditions

Table position is allocated based on table package as well as first-come, first-served on payment basis.
Payment must be made in Sterling, and any associated costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Tickets are not confirmed until payment has been cleared and an acknowledgment has been issued by the organisers.
The ticket purchaser is responsible for submitting the completed official guest list (issued after booking is confirmed) for dietary and security purposes for all tickets purchased.
E-Ticket/s will be issued 2 weeks prior to event.
Single Tickets Purchased must be paid for by Credit/Debit Card only.
Multiple individual tickets purchased will be seated together at the Gala Awards Dinner. Payment is via Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer.
Cancellation Policy: Tickets may be cancelled up to Friday, April 3rd, 2026, up to which point a refund will be made after a deduction of a 20% administration fee.
